There may be several reasons for not being able to log in to your PepperMill account;

How can I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

It's a shame you don't want to be informed on newly added features and promotions!

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications in your profile. You can find your communication preferences under 'My details'.

How can I change my personal information?

Click on ‘My Details' and you will find all account details. Here you can edit your mobile number, password, or address. For security reasons, however, changing the rest of your personal data is impossible, so please contact customer service in case you want to modify other information.

How do I close my account?

It’s a pity you’re leaving us! We are always open to feedback and we want to improve our services at all times. To close your account completely, please contact customer service and they will be happy to assist you. Don't forget to tell us why, so we can learn from your experience.

Your remaining balance will be paid out according to our casino limits. If at any time you wish to reopen your account, simply contact our support team again and they will assist you.

If you wish to delete your account due to responsible gaming concerns, PepperMill Casino recommends that you take a break and apply for exclusion via the Gaming Commission. Feel free to contact our customer support team so they can assist you with this.

Can I cancel my self-exclusion or cooling-off period?
  • After a voluntary exclusion through the Gaming Commission, your access to PepperMill Casino will be restricted. If you wish to lift this exclusion, you must submit a request to the Gaming Commission. After a 3-month waiting period, you will have full access to PepperMill Casino again.

      Can I deposit in a currency other than Euro?

      Can someone else (a friend, family member, ...) deposit money onto my account?

      Committing a violation of our Terms and Conditions will result in a freeze of your wallet, and account, and restrict your access to PepperMill Casino.

      What is the maximum withdrawal amount?

      The maximum withdrawal amount according to casino limits is €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week, or €25,000 per month.

      Can I withdraw my wallet funds to somebody else's account?

      Our Risk & Fraud team checks that the name of the used bank account matches the owner of that account. Due to Anti-Money Laundering, you are committing a violation of our Terms and Conditions when doing financial transactions to and from accounts that are not in your name.

      How can I withdraw money?

      Our withdrawal limits are €5,000 per day, €15,000 per week, and €25,000 per month.

      I have requested a withdrawal but would like to cancel it, how can I do this?

      If the withdrawal has not yet been processed by us, the withdrawal can be canceled under ‘Transaction history’.

      I have requested a withdrawal but haven't seen the money in my bank account, why is this?

      Once your account is verified, you will receive your withdrawal in your bank account within an hour. Please check your profile under 'Documents' to make sure no additional documents are required.

      In case of outages or exceptions, you will be notified via email, so be sure to check your spam folder as well.

      What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

      Where can I see an overview of my withdrawals?

      What documents are accepted as proof of bank account?

      To make a withdrawal you must prove ownership of the used bank account, you can do this by sending proof of IBAN.

      In order for your proof of IBAN to be accepted, the following information must be included in this official document:

        • Your name as the account holder

          • Logo / identification of the bank

                Did my withdrawal go through?

                As soon as your withdrawal is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

                I want to take a break, how do I do this?

                You can set a cooling-off period in your account yourself for 1, 7, or 30 days. You do this by clicking on ‘Self-exclusion’.                     What is a tournament?

                    During a tournament, you compete against other players. At PepperMill Casino you can play different types of tournaments like multiplier tournaments or buy-in tournaments.

                    During a buy-in tournament, all players receive the same fictitious play credit when they register for the tournament. The specific rules of a game remain the same during a tournament but all winnings are converted into points. The wager is taken from the tournament play credit and not from your balance. The player with the most points at the end of the tournament wins top prizes.

                    During a multiplier tournament, your points are calculated based on your stake-win ratio. So the player that can get the highest multiplier, wins the grand prize. Contrary to buy-in tournaments, the wins will be added to your wallet, but the wagered stake will also be deducted from your wallet.

                    At the end of a tournament, all prizes are automatically distributed to the winners. If you have not finished your game at the end of a tournament your game will be closed and your score at that time will count as the final score.

                    Do I need to create an account to play at PepperMill Casino?

                    - Themed tournaments: These tournaments are linked to certain events that are coming up. Stay tuned for more!

                    How do I get included in the leaderboard?

                    You don't have to do anything!

                    Once you participate in a tournament, you will automatically be included in the ranking system.

                    While playing a tournament, you play for points and these points determine your position on the leaderboard. Prizes are distributed after the tournament has ended and the final ranking is known.

                    How can I participate in a tournament?

                    Participating in tournaments is very easy. First, choose the tournament you wish to participate in and then click ‘Participate’. Please be aware that you have sufficient funds on your balance since tournaments are not free. However, you can already participate starting from €0.01!

                    If it is possible to make a "rebuy" or "add-on" bet, you can select them on the tournament page of the tournament you are participating in.

                    A "rebuy" allows you to re-enroll in a tournament with a new score. You can do this as long as there are rebuys available.

                    An "Add-on" means that you can buy extra playing time and/or credit. Extra playing time can be interesting when you don't have enough time to use your credit. Extra credit can be interesting when you just have some time left and you want to gain some additional spots in the ranking.

                    Can I participate in tournaments on my smartphone or tablet?
